The ADB-FM1, a Vertically Polarised FM Dipole Antenna, provides a simple solution. The design also supports low-power FM radio stations requiring up to 1 kW input. The FM-1 antenna will support 2, 4, 6, or 8 antenna tiers or bays. The antenna will also deliver a gain of 5, 8, 9.8, or 11 dB, respectively. Please also see the downloadable datasheet below to understand the coverage lobe prediction.
The suggested diameter of the mounting pole is between 60 and 110mm for security. Furthermore, dipoles mounted close to large towers or close to a large metal mass might find the radiation lobes altered. Additionally, an effect on the VSWR is possible. Moreover, the suggested distance between the dipoles for a broadband system should be 2.8m.
